I couldn't resist doing a show mash-up... 
One of the few reasons I hate Milhouse is because
1. Milhouse is a total mama's boy
2. Terminally 4-years-old
3. Total wuss and a crybaby
4. Ruins Bart's chances of ever having a steady girlfriend
5. Has been known to take baby toys to school (Ages 1-3)
6. Is an open can of buzz-kill
7. Is totally obsessed with Lisa and never ceases stalking her
8. Can't tell a joke to save his life
And the list goes on and on...
Only reason why I put Otto Mann in there is because I couldn't find any good pics of the Simpsons' bloodline to fill in. So basically, Otto is a filler.
My original options were to put Krusty the Clown in, Kent Brockman, Mr Burns and Smithers, Barney Gumble, Patty and Selma, Nelson, or Moe... but couldn't find anyone. So I put Otto in there. Hope you like this one, my friends.
