It's always proper to rant about things going on in your world, about current events, and news. Not fiction. A majority of people who make a 45 minute to an almost 2-hour rant video about fiction, fandoms, and creepypastas are generally lonely, angry, insecure nerds that have made poor choices in social media, taking everything at face value-- not informed, don't take the time to do their research, and end up making a total ass of themselves in the end.
